Turning 50 was my wake-up call. I realized that if I wanted to feel strong, balanced, and confident for the years ahead, I couldn’t keep putting myself last. That moment pushed me to reexamine my habits, my health, and how I was showing up for myself and the people I love.
Wellness has always been a passion of mine. In 2015, I pursued my certification in Integrative Nutrition because I wanted to understand how food and lifestyle shape our energy, focus, and overall health. That knowledge, combined with my 25+ years as a nurse, gave me a unique perspective: the best lifestyle change is one that actually fits your life — and is sustainable.
I’ve also been on my own health journey. By focusing on protein-forward nutrition, balanced routines, and self-love, I lost 35 pounds and discovered what it feels like to rebuild energy and confidence from the inside out. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed — and I know what it takes to make change stick.
My coaching is built on the idea of living in the gray. Too often, we get stuck in all-or-nothing thinking. We chase perfection, then feel defeated when it doesn’t last. Instead, I help women find balance in the middle — where real, lasting change happens.
Through my 12-week program, I blend science-backed nutrition, practical tools, and steady support so you can build routines that work for you. My goal is simple: help you feel energized, confident, and comfortable in your own skin without the stress of rigid rules.
