About Me:

Turning 50 hit differently.

Even as someone who had always been active, I started feeling disconnected from my body. The weight gain, the exhaustion, the shifting hormones—I didn’t feel like myself. I wasn’t showing up in life the way I wanted to. I knew something had to change.

I didn’t crash diet. I didn’t punish my body.
I made intentional choices:

  • I ate in a way that supported my hormones: high protein, low carb, nourishing meals

  • I implemented an eating window that improved my sleep and supported my metabolism

  • I ate REAL food no products or supplements

  • I found movement that felt good—not draining

  • I gave myself permission to love the process and trust my body again

    I’ve lost 35 pounds—but more importantly, I feel confident and strong again.
    I feel at peace in my skin.

Through my experience, I’ve decided I want to support other women like me—women who want to feel better, while nourishing their body in a healthy way. With my nursing background and my Integrative nutrition health coaching certificate, paired with lived experience—this creates a powerful combination.
